Pupils' Sale Raises Funds for Cancer Research

The Feltonfleet Warehouse team have had a busy term designing and making products which they have sold to raise money for Cancer Research.

Feltonfleet Warehouse is an extra-curricular business enterprise for pupils. Using DT (Design & Technology) skills the team design, create and sell items to raise money for charity. 

This year, pencil cases have been added to the product range. The team began by creating their designs using a CAD programme (Computer Aided Design) and then printed their refined design onto a pencil case prototype using a method called dye sublimation printing.  Ninety-one pencil cases were made and purchased by students from years 3-7!

In addition to this, the Warehouse team made a range of other Christmas related items including decorations and cards and sold them at their Christmas sale. A grand total of £646.95 was raised and this money will be donated to Cancer Research.
