What a fantastic experience for Annabelle B in Yr 8 who recently had the opportunity to
spend a few days in Egypt at a major squash tournament.
Close to the action with access to top-class players, the ins and outs of tournament organisation and able to take in the sights and sounds all around, Annabelle was also putting her interviewing and writing skills to the test.
She produced the 4th article in her series about squash, which has been published on an online Squash platform. Against the backdrop of the famous pyramids of Giza, she also spent time learning about Egyptian culture and architecture of Cairo.
A wonderful opportunity all round.
