Feltonfleet’s motto, "where individuals really matter," resonates deeply within our small nurturing boarding house of just 50 beds, where personalised attention and care define our approach.

Each boarder benefits from a tailored support plan that addresses their specific academic, emotional, and social needs, making boarding at Feltonfleet more than just a place to stay—it's a transformative journey that nurtures key life skills.

Our flexi and weekly boarding options allow pupils to experience communal living at their own pace, helping them develop empathy, responsibility, and consideration for others from a young age. The multi-age setting fosters friendships across year groups, creating a tight-knit community where older pupils naturally take on leadership roles. They mentor younger boarders, assist with prep, lead activities, and support house tutors, all while learning the importance of responsibility and independence.

As they prepare to leave Feltonfleet, our boarders do so not only with academic readiness but also with the social and emotional resilience needed to thrive in the wider world, ready to make a positive difference wherever they go.

Known as the Feltonfleet Knights, our boarders take pride in maintaining a pleasant and harmonious environment, learning to care for their living spaces, belongings, and personal hygiene. This strong sense of community and belonging  makes boarding at Feltonfleet incredibly popular, with nearly a third of Prep School pupils choosing to board regularly each week.

At Feltonfleet, our core values of kindness, respect, honesty, and responsibility are the foundation of our boarding experience. These values not only guide our pupils in their daily interactions but also instil a deep understanding of the impact their actions have on the community. In this supportive and nurturing environment, boarders form lasting connections with their peers and our dedicated boarding staff, developing a strong sense of identity and purpose.
