The school sets clear expectations for how pupils behave towards each other, and how to look after younger students. |

Central to our ethos is the expectation that pupils treat each other, and our staff, with courtesy and cooperation. We actively promote our core values of honesty, responsibility, respect, and kindness, and encourage pupils to care for and support one another.
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying, harassment, victimisation, and discrimination. Any such behaviours are taken extremely seriously, and we ensure that all pupils and parents are treated with consideration and respect. At Feltonfleet, bullying in any form is simply unacceptable.
To foster an anti-bullying culture, we implement a range of preventative measures. These include comprehensive PSHE Education programmes, themed assemblies, and annual Anti-Bullying Workshops. Additionally, our Year 8 pupils, who hold positions of responsibility, act as mentors for younger students, offering guidance and support to any pupil who may have worries or concerns. Through these initiatives, we create a strong, supportive community where every child feels valued and secure.
I feel very looked after at school because I have lots of friends and they all have my back.
