Feltonfleet’s small, nurturing flexi-boarding facility offers more than just a place to stay - it's a transformative journey that nurtures key life skills.
From learning to organise their belongings, to supporting younger boarders who are new to the experience, pupils quickly develop a sense of responsibility and empathy. Simple routines like making their own beds or helping to set up for supper, instill independence and accountability. Living alongside friends in a warm, family-style environment fosters consideration for others, as pupils learn to share spaces, respect different routines, and support one another through both challenges and successes. Whether it's an impromptu dorm-room storytelling session, a game of football on the Astro after supper, or the sociability of getting ready together for the next day, boarding life strengthens friendships and cultivates a deep sense of belonging that stays with pupils long after they leave Feltonfleet.

Our boarders share more than just their evenings - they become part of a close-knit community built on friendship, support, and camaraderie - the Feltonfleet Knights. Just as knights of old upheld strong values and a deep sense of loyalty to one another, our boarders embrace the same spirit of unity. Each dorm proudly bears a shield at its entrance, displaying names that reflect the very qualities we nurture - Courage, Courteous, Excellence, Generous, Honour, Loyal, and Valour. The Feltonfleet Knights truly look out for one another, creating a warm and welcoming home from home.
