Whether it was their first width or their fastest race, Feltonfleet pupils have shown skill, spirit and serious swimming success this year.
As we dive into the summer break, we're thrilled to reflect on an exciting and successful year in the swimming programme. From early morning practices to championship meets, Feltonfleet swimmers showed dedication, growth, and team spirit every step of the way. The house galas were great fun, from nursery to Year 8 everyone took the plunge.
We had over 70 pupils participate in the competitive swimming programme. Our teams competed in school galas, regional meets, national championships, bringing home medals and countless personal bests. Several school records were smashed, and the Lower School team was unbeaten this season. We are very proud of the Middle and Upper School teams and their performance at the IAPS and ESSA National Championships.
The Pre-Prep Learn to Swim Programme showed amazing progress, with every pupil improving their swimming skills and confidence in the water. Huge well done to our youngest swimmers, they are the future champions in the making.
Thank you to all parents, teachers and pupils for making this year a splash.
