Year Three investigated, measured and questioned their way through a carousel of fascinating scientific activities for Junior Science Day this week. They explored forces by measuring the friction of their shoes on different surfaces, opposing forces of gravity and up thrust by attempting to construct the most successful boat and thought-provoking 'What if?' scenarios involving sultanas and carbonated drinks!
