Tailoring the turf

Work on extending the main playing field is nearing completion. Turf layers have been on site this week and, as our photos will show, they are doing a superb job for us. The contractors return at half term to top dress the area, and attend to level, repair and re-turf  other areas around the existing field area. In the meantime, Eddy manicures the main square, and Miss Wright and a Year 5 PE class stretch and extend in the lee of the magnificent giant red wood tree.
