Walking wise

Henry Wiggins, the new Head of 3rd form at Hampton School (that’s Year 9 to the rest of us) was our assembly visitor this week. He talked about his passion for walking, and his enthusiasm for it all was infectious! David Knapman, the deputy head at Hampton and an old friend of Feltonfleet, came along as well. David has recently been appointed the Headmaster of Dollar Academy in Scotland so we wished him well.  In spite of all the talk of walking up mountains, we weren’t too exhausted at the end to be able to gather the boys afterwards who have an interest in Hampton for a summery photograph.
