On Thursday, Years 2 and 3 joined together to take part in a maths challenge on the main school grounds.  The children got the chance to work in teams of mixed year groups, and try to solve as many mathematical problems as possible!  There were ten teams, each representing a country involved in the world cup.  The challenges were dotted around the grounds and each marked with a flag for the children to find.  They demonstrated team spirit, problem solving skills, and had lots of fun in the process.
