A Chaplain calls
Father David Lawrence, the Chaplain at Ardingly College, was our welcomed visitor for school assembly this week. David talked about the trust we have in one another, and asked the school if they believed he had a dead mouse in his pocket. Some thought he had, and they were right to trust him – to a point. The “dead mouse” which duly emerged from the deep pocket of his cassock was, in fact, the mouse from his lap top which had stopped working several days earlier! Jollity over some important points were made about how we must build trust, and not seek to undermine it. A good message. Thank you for joining us, David, who we see in our photo with our there Ardingly bound chaps in Year 8.
