Pupils from year 8 have been working hard on an Art competition to design images to loosely represent the forthcoming Paralympic games and the themes Independence and Movement. In a special exhibition after school everybody was invited to find out the winner and runners up of the competition.
The winner was Lara Taverner and second and third places were won by Bella Spiers and Poppy Bathurst. The runners up who were commended for their designs were Will Riley, Olivia Pollock and Phoebe Baldwin.
The winning entries are now on display in the PAC corridor and the winning entry will now be entered into a National Competition.
