Full, fenced, and frozen

It might be frozen solid, but over the holiday the lake project has moved on a stage or two. First of all it is full of water, it has been securely fenced, and work to clear the surrounding area of unwanted debris has continued. 2010 will see further developments as the lake evolves into a place of ecological interest for the community. As I think you might agree, on this sunny, icy afternoon it looked especially striking.
