Heads take an outstanding lead

The annual Feltonfleet conference for Heads is an eagerly awaited fixture for many pre-prep and prep school Heads from across the region. This year’s gathering focused on a training day which helped us to discover that  “Outstanding leaders do this”, led by the nationally acclaimed trainer David Thomson of Futuremind. Over thirty heads enjoyed a stimulating day, lunch, and perhaps the highlight, meeting their former pupils now happily established at Feltonfleet.
