Epsom College Choral Day- Tuesday October 6th

The Junior Choir, comprising of 42 children, were invited to participate in the Epsom College Choral Workshop Day. They learnt eight songs based upon an ANIMAL theme. These included: “Macavity” from ‘Cats’ and “Wimoweh” ( The Lion Sleeps Tonight ). All the children enjoyed the day, which involved singing with 7 other Prep School choirs, as well as listening to a selection of Epsom College children performing songs from their forthcoming House Music Competition. Indeed, we saw Oliver Fox and Tom Harvey, ex-Feltonfleet pupils who had gained music scholarships to Epsom back in 2008. Congratulations to all of the children for having managed to cope with a whole day’s worth of rehearsals!
