Choral Concert Tuesday 12th May 2009

To help celebrate our school hosting the IAPS Art Exhibition, the Junior, Middle and Senior choirs prepared a 40 minute programme that included a wide variety of vocal styles. This was followed by a 30 minute performance given by the Wey Voices, a local adult choir, under the Musical Direction of Elizabeth Wilcox, that uses the school's facilities on a Monday evening. Congratulations to all the 90 children that performed, either as individual choirs, solo vocal items or as a massed choir in: "War Drums" and "I do Like to Be Beside the Seaside". Thanks also goes to Mrs Emma Hawksley, for helping to accompany several items and for her training of the Junior and Middle choirs.
