The ascent of Everest

David Tait, a Feltonfleet parent, inspired his Year 8 audience with the story of his third ascent of Everest which he finished successfully several weeks ago.  Complete with some of the equipment which took him to the top of the highest peak in the world, and back, David encouraged the pupils to believe that they can achieve anything if they really want to. His story is a remarkable one, and for all of us a real privilege to be in the company who has endured some of the greatest tests and hardships.
