Some pupils in Years 6 and 7 did exceedingly well in a recent national maths competition and have been awarded a certificate
The Maths Challenge encourages mathematical thinking and the use of techniques to solve unusual maths problems. In 2009 over 1/2 million pupils were entered nationally, gold certificates were awarded to the top 6% of pupils, silver to the top 13% and bronze to the top 21% of pupils entered.
The following pupils have been awarded certificates for their exceptional achievement.
