On Wednesday afternoon a squad of 9 U12 girls headed off to Epsom College to attend their annual netball tournament. This is a tough tournament in which many other prep schools come together to play for the last time prior to the IAPS Netball tournament.

Our girls got off to a storming start beating Aberdour 13-0, this was just the beginning. They then went on to beat Brambletye and Cranleigh prep. The final two matches where a lot tougher and made them give it all they got. After going goal for goal throughout the first half the girls pulled away in the second to beat Danes Hill 10-8. Their final game was against Barrow Hills in which there was no stopping them, they maintained their high standards winning the game 9-6. Undefeated they finished top of their year group and winners of the tournament.

This is a great achievement for all the girls involved as they have been working extremely hard throughout the year and can now see their hard work paying off. This also sets them up for the IAPS Tournament on Friday 6th March, go for it girls!
