A visiting group of Chinese teachers spent two days with us to teach our students about lots of different aspects of Chinese culture. The workshops included Making Opera masks, Kung Fu from the Kung Fu Master, lantern making, using chop sticks, dragon making, Chinese festivals, Chinese calligraphy and Chinese language. Our visitors made a big impression on our students and they have been very interested to learn so many new skills. Our canteen staff also cooked up delicious Chinese food and adorned the dining room with Chinese decorations. It really has been an extravaganza of colour, taste, and culture.
