Last Monday 2nd March, all of Yr 5 enjoyed a trip to Bough Beech Reservoir. The tour of the Treatment works was an exciting and informative experience for all and really brought the topic of ‘Water efficiency’ to life. Sutton and East Surrey Water provided guides on the day who explained how water is cleaned and distributed on massive scale. All the boys and girls really enjoyed the views from the Dam, following the 7 stages of water cleaning and the walk through the underground tunnel. I would like to offer my sincere thanks to DK, CB and BL who helped supervise what was a very successful trip.
