On Friday, 12th September all of Year 6 were absorbed in learning about and touching reptiles ranging from a very sedentary tortoise to a large and powerful looking Boa Constrictor! They will take away from this the knowledge that most snakes are harmless to humans and that they are dry to the touch and not slimy. In addition it will serve them well in the preparation of their projects on Invertebrates and Vertebrates that they are currently involved in. Even some Staff and a few Senior girls managed to get in to overcome their fears!!
