YEAR 7 & 8 SPANISH TRIP TO GRANADA OCTOBER 2008

Mr Lanzon, Miss Ashfold and Mr Perkins took 19 children from years 7 and 8 for a week-long trip to sample to delights of Southern Spain.

The highlights of the trip were visiting the Alhambra Palace, a having a tour of Granada, having “chocolate y churros”, going to the beach, going to the bull-ring, going out for tapas and having the flamenco dancing lesson.

The children had lots of opportunities to practice their Spanish and were also encouraged to keep a scrap book too.

A good time was had by all!
