Over half term 27 pupils from year 6 and 7 travelled to Italy to spend a few days exploring Rome and then sites around the Bay of Naples. In Rome we went to the Time Elevator to learn about Rome's history and then we visited St Peter's and the Vatican, the Gallery Borghese, the Collosseum, the Roman Forum, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Piazza Navona and the Spanish Steps. We then went to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples Museum as well as climbing Mt Vesuvius after some unseasonal snow!
