Our Department
Feltonfleet's MFL department is staffed by enthusiastic teachers with a real love of languages who do their best to make sure that your child passes reaches their potential in time for Common Entrance exams. We teach French from Nursery to year 8. Mrs Karaca teaches Calvi French and year 5 – 8 French. Mrs Mathews teaches year 3,4 and 5 French, Miss Gray teaches year 5 and 6 French and Mr Lanzon teaches year 5,6,7 and 8 French and year 6-8 Spanish. It is our goal to pass on our love of languages to our students. Spanish is introduced in year 5 as a club and in year 6 we start the Common Entrance course. We also offer Mandarin lessons to any student who would like to learn and we have plans to introduce Russian too.

We sponsor a child in Ecuador and want to write to him on a fairly regular basis. If you would like your child to write to him I will be happy to send the letter on your behalf. His name is Hugo, he is 13 years old, he lives in Quito with his parents and 3 sisters in a small adobe hut. They have no running water or toilet in their house. All water comes from a river which is several kilometres away from the house. He does go to school but has to work too. |
