Design and Technology is about designing and making various things which may be moving mechanisms or models. The children work on short projects, each with a skill in mind and use a wide range of materials and tools to construct their design. |

Often these projects are a practical expression of work in other subjects such as when they design and make a playground whilst studying Our School. In Year 2 the children have access to the facilities of the DT workshop of the Prep School to progress their learning.
